im using Lou's iwidget (iglampixels.blogspot.com) , its called Brown&Pinkweather. After unzip , cut and paste the folder to : var/mobile/library/iWidgets/brown&pinkweatherwidget/resources/iconsets , rename them as "small" and respring .
